Can you help us collect some data on the new Skagit Marine Resources Committee interpretive sign at Washington Park? It depicts tidepool life and has suggestions on how to be a friendly visitor of these unique habitats! We could use as many folks as possible to help us collect some data from folks in the Washington Park day use area near the boat launch. No experience necessary! Just a willingness to help us measure the effectiveness of a very cool project!
If you are interested, just download our survey form here (Washington Park Tide Pool Sign Evaluation) and head over to Washington Park! This can be done at any time of the day or night, and once you finish, simple scan and email your forms back to me! (You can also mail them, email them, etc.)
You can conduct these surveys as frequently as you like! September looks like some beautiful weather, so grab a friend and a delicious cup of coffee, head down to Washington Park and help the Skagit Marine Resources Committee collect some workable data on the effectiveness of our new tide pool interpretive sign. Who knows, maybe you will learn something new too!
