Friends of Skagit Beaches (FOSB) has offered a special opportunity to raise up to $10,000 to support the Coastal Volunteer Partnership at Padilla Bay with a matching grant of $5,000. This ten-week volunteer training program is offered by the Skagit Marine Resources Committee in conjunction with the Coastal Volunteer Partnership at Padilla Bay.
